Julien Fage from CENMAT delivered a flash talk at the 20th IEA Fuel Cells and Electrolyzers TCP Task 30 Electrolysis Workshop, held from May 6 to 8 in the Netherlands. The event brought together over 70 international experts from industry, research institutes, and academia to discuss the latest developments in hydrogen electrolysis technologies.
The workshop focused on key topics including:
- Electrodes and catalysts
- Membranes and separators
- Component integration
- Electrolyser systems and balance-of-plant technologies
- Round Robin campaigns and harmonization of test protocols
Over the course of three days, participants attended keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and lab tours at JRC and TNO’s Faraday Lab in Petten. The program also included an excursion to the Port of Rotterdam, highlighting real-world applications of the energy and feedstock transition in the Netherlands.
