REDHy at SECM12 2026

Following the successful conclusion of the 12th International Workshop on Scanning Electrochemical Microscopy (SECM) and Related Techniques, held from 18–22 May 2026 in Rimini, Italy, REDHy is pleased to highlight the contribution of Mathieu Etienne (CNRS), who was invited to deliver a lecture during the conference.

The workshop, recognized as the leading international conference dedicated to electrochemical scanning probe microscopies and electrochemical imaging techniques, brought together researchers and experts from around the world to discuss the latest developments in SECM and related methodologies. The 2026 edition also paid tribute to the legacy of Dr. Allen J. Bard, whose pioneering work played a fundamental role in the development and worldwide dissemination of SECM technologies.

During his presentation, Mathieu Etienne introduced an application of a SECM related approach developed within REDHy for the screening of molecule/catalyst interaction.

The participation of REDHy in this major international event highlights the growing importance of advanced electrochemical characterization techniques in the development of innovative energy and gas production solutions, while also strengthening scientific collaboration within the international SECM community.
